29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) 800 Industrial Highway, Cinnaminson, NJ - Employees were exposed to point of operation, rotating parts and flying chips in that the employer did not have guards in place, chuck guards, for the Maximat V13 Lathe operating at approximately 740 RPM. This condition was observed on or about March 26.2025.  b) 800 Industrial Highway, Cinnaminson, NJ - Employees were exposed to point of operation, rotating parts and flying chips in that the employer did not have guards in place, chuck guards, for the Bridgeport Drill Press operating at approximately 140 RPM. This condition was observed on or about March 26.2025.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i):The establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and the establishment was classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, and the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the specified date:  a) 800 Industrial Highway, Cinnaminson, NJ - The employer did not submit via Injury Tracking Application (ITA) their OSHA 300A Summary for the previous calendar year 2024 by March 2, 2025. This condition was noted on or about April 2, 2025.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
