The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated under 1926.502(e): (a) Building exterior; On or about March 26, 2025, a worker in an elevated JLG model 660SJ aerial lift (Serial No. 0300266177) was not wearing a body belt or harness and was not attached to the boom or basket.
