29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On or about March 26, 2025, at Unit Drilling Rig 411, the Coterra metal parts connex had an electrical cord that passed through a hole that was not protected with a bushing or fitting to prevent the cord's insulation from making contact with the metal opening.
