29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.  Oster Microwave oven and Keurig Coffee Pot were energized through an extension cord.  The equipment was listed for household use and instructions directed it be plugged directly into a wall outlet.
