29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New residential construction located at 2520 Highpoint Rd, Snellville, GA 30078, Lots 1-6, Roof: On or about 03/27/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19-feet 8-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l):   a) New residential construction located at 2520 Highpoint Rd, Snellville, GA 30078, Lots 1-6, front side of structure; On or about 03/27/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating an all terrain forklift truck, in that operators were not certified, trained or evaluated prior to operating such equipment.
