29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. On or about March 27, 2025, an employee was using a circular saw to cut steel framing. The employee was not wearing any form of eye or face protection to protect against flying particles and sparks. This item was corrected during inspection.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employees were not always standing firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position. On or about March 27, 2025, an employee was working in an aerial lift elevated in the air and was handing equipment to another employee on the top platform of the new construction building. The employee in the lift was not standing firmly on the floor of the basket and was standing on the rail. This item was corrected during inspection.
