29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a)620 N West End Blvd, Quakertown, PA 18951, Roof. On or about May 20, 2025, employees performing roofing operations on a roof greater than 6 feet above lower levels were exposed to potential fall hazards and were not protected by the use of a guardrails system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other adequate means of fall protection.  JL Sanchez Contracting, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562708, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Fairview Ave, Quakertown, PA.  JL Sanchez LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1529091, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4942 Route 309 Center Valley, PA, 18034.  No abatement documentation or certification required.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) 620 N West End Blvd, Quakertown, PA 18951, Roof. On or about May 20, 2025, employees performing roofing operations were required to climb a ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet above upper landing surface, exposing employees to fall hazards.  JL Sanchez LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1529091, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4942 Route 309 Center Valley, PA, 18034.  No abatement documentation or certification required.
