29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii): The employer did not ensure that voluntary use respirators were cleaned, stored, and maintained: a.) Ram Acoustical Corp. 100 Campus Dr., Grove City, PA 16127: 3rd floor Rockwell Building: on or about 03-27-2025, and times prior thereto: MSA half face respirator with P100 filters was not stored to protect from contamination on the 3rd floor in the Rockwell Building. The respirator stored on top of buckets of drywall mud and drywall trowel. In addition, the respirator was damaged/cracking around the elastomer face seal and the interior was dirty. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED
