29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: a) Worksite - On or about March 26, 2025, an employee working from an aerial lift (JLG - 1350SJP, Number on aerial lift: 416505) that was not insulated was exposed to electrocution hazards due to cutting the metal beam (leg) of the water tower within 10 feet of electric power lines (13.2kV) that were not turned off and temporarily relocated before the demolition work of taking down a water tower.
