29 CFR  1926.652(b)(3)(iii): Tabulated data, identifying the registered professional engineer who approved the data, was not maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system.  After that time, that data was not made available to the Secretary when requested.  a) 172 Industrial Drive, Bellefonte, PA -  The tabulated data was not maintained onsite and was not produced when requested, on or about March 26, 2025.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
