At a temporary, new construction worksite of a commercial building, located at or near, 11341 Normandy Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida 32221: On or about March 26, 2025, the employer exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work.
