29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) 72 Wilson Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330: On or about March 27, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees working in the tent washing area had access to an eyewash station in the work area. Employees would use a tent washing detergent called "Gentle Scrub" which was labeled as a corrosive to wash tents inside of a commercial size washing machine.

29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. And/or the employer did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017. (a) 72 Wilson Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330: On or about March 27, 2025, the employer did not conduct fall protection training for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while operating order pickers on the warehouse floor.
