29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i):Horizontal belts which had both runs seven -7 feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: a) On or about March 19, 2025 at 1927 4th Ave. S., St. Petersburg FL, on line 3 in the mixing area near hopper 2, the employer exposed employees to crush hazards in that a horizontal conveyor moving unbaked bread loaves was unguarded.
