Location- 910 Boston Pose Rd East, Marlborough, MA On March 27, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while working from a scaffold on a commercial construction project where a competent person qualified in scaffold erection was not present to supervise or direct the scaffold erection

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. Location- 910 Boston Post Road East, Marlborough, MA On March 27, 2025, a worker was exposed to fall hazards of up to 15 feet to the ground below while using supported scaffolding to conduct exterior trim activities where fall protection was not used.
