Lansdowne Ave, Lansdowne, PA - On or about March 28, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in siding construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were performing siding approximately 20 feet above ground level without the use of a fall protection systems, exposing employees to fall hazards.

Lansdowne Ave, Lansdowne, PA - On or about March 28, 2025, , the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees who were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were performing siding activities from heights greater than 6 feet without being trained on fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
