Flat roof: 36-25 Vernon Blvd, Long Island City, NY. Employees replacing metal decking on an unprotected side of the flat roof were exposed to fall hazards approximately 21 feet to the parking garage below. Note: ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
