This was demonstrated on or about February 17, 2025, and at time prior to at a worksite located at 1180 W 19th Street, Higginsville, MO 64037. The employer did not monitor and determine airborne exposure or potential exposure to employees working with Class II asbestos-containing materials. The employer Troy Murdock was previously cited for a violation if the occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i), which was contained in inspection number 1618361, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order in March 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030.
