29 CFR  1926.1101(k)(7)(i): Warning signs that demarcated the regulated area were not provided and displayed at each location where a regulated area was required to be established:   The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about April 5, 2025, and at times prior to at a worksite located at 1180 W 19th Street, Higginsville, MO 64037. When the employer did not establish and display warning signs that demarcated the regulated area. Employees were working with Class II asbestos-containing materials and warning signs were not at each location where a regulated area was required to be established.

29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed:  The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about February 17, 2025, and at times prior at a worksite located at 1180 W 19th Street, Higginsville, MO 64037. The employer did not monitor and determine airborne exposure or potential exposure to employees working with Class II asbestos-containing materials.  The employer MSP Environmental LLC was previously cited for a violation if the occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i), which was contained in inspection number 1600004, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order in June 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030.

This was demonstrated on or about February 17, 2025, and at times prior to at a worksite located at 1180 W 19th Street, Higginsville, MO 64037. The employer did not monitor daily the airborne exposure or potential exposure to employees working with Class II asbestos-containing materials.  The employer MSP Environmental LLC was previously cited for a violation if the occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(3)(i), which was contained in inspection number 1600004, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order in June 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030.

This was demonstrated on or about February 17, 2025, and at times prior at a worksite located at 1180 W 19th Street, Higginsville, MO 64037. 29 CFR  1926.1101(j)(2)(i): The employer did not establish a decontamination room or area for employees and equipment, adjacent to the regulated area, consisting of an impermeable drop cloth on the floor or horizontal working surface, for employees engaged in Class I work involving less than 25 linear or 10 square feet of thermal system insulation or surfacing asbestos-containing material and for Class II and Class III asbestos work operations where exposures exceed a permissible exposure limit or where there was not negative exposure assessment produced before the operation:  The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about February 17, 2025, and at times prior to and since at a worksite located at 1180 W 19th Street, Higginsville, MO 64037. When the employer did not establish a decontamination room or area for employees and equipment, adjacent to the regulated area. Employees were working with Class II asbestos-containing materials and were decontaminating within the regulated area, no negative exposure assessment had been produced prior to the beginning the operation.  The employer MSP Environmental LLC was previously cited for a violation if the occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(j)(2)(i), which was contained in inspection number 1600004, citation number 1, item number 8a and was affirmed as a final order in June 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030.
