This was demonstrated on or about February 17, 2025, and at times prior to and since at a worksite located at 1180 W 19th Street, Higginsville, MO 64037. When the employer did not establish a decontamination room or area for employees and equipment, adjacent to the regulated area. Employees were working with Class II asbestos-containing materials and were decontaminating within the regulated area, no negative exposure assessment had been produced prior to the beginning the operation. The employer MSP Environmental LLC was previously cited for a violation if the occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(j)(2)(i), which was contained in inspection number 1600004, citation number 1, item number 8a and was affirmed as a final order in June 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030.
