29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver did not look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a. 100 Seaview Dr, Secaucus, NJ 07094 - loading Door 29 The employer failed to ensure that forklift operators look in the direction of travel. An employee operating a Yale forklift did not look in the direction of travel while reversing with a load on the forks. As a result, the forklift struck an employee who was cleaning inside a train cart and ran over their feet. Violation occurred 03/15/2025
