29 CFR 1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On or about March 27, 2025, and at times prior, Garcia Construction Corp., did not ensure that work areas and passageways were kept cleared of any construction debris. An employee sustained serious injuries when he tripped over construction debris and fell through the wall opening approximately 21 feet.
