Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1724660, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1470 Highway 65 N in Harrison, Arkansas.

The employer made modifications or changes which affected capacity and operation without the prior written approval of Hyster at a worksite located at 2075 Corporate Circle in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
