Migeon Ave, Torrington, CT 06790: On or about March 28, 2025, no inspection was conducted when an excavation that started in the roadway was extended to include a section through the sidewalk adjacent to the road.  Removal of soil in the extension undermined the sidewalk slab causing it to slide into the excavation, injuring an employee in the trench.
