29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) MJB Sales Inc. located at 150 Willow Street, Toughkenamon, PA - On or about March 27, 2025, the employer did not ensure lockout/tagout procedures were developed, documented and utilized while performing cleaning maintenance on the the Dutch TecSource Dry Slicer machines. An employee performed cleaning maintenance on a slicer machine without de-energizing the system, thereby exposing employee to caught-in between hazards.
