Dale Mabry Highway, Suite 101, Tampa, FL., observed on or about 03/31/2025, employees in the process of tearing off a roof, on a 5 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal), were exposed to an approximate 11'7" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized.
