OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were not protected from struck-by hazards and crushing hazards:  a) Job-site - On or about March 31, 2025, employees were working in separate areas on the jobsite to secure plywood in the attic area. Approximately 40 wood framed roof trusses were not adequately braced to prevent a collapse hazard. The employer failed to comply with both the truss design specifications and the manufacturer's bracing guidelines. As a result, the trusses collapsed, exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards which injured two employees.
