29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: a) North Processing Building, Line 12, Anritsu X-Ray Machine: On or about 3/26/2025, the employer exposed authorized employees to amputation hazards while performing maintenance, in that the employer's Lockout Tagout Procedure did not adequately specify how to cycle the actuator eliminating and/or isolation any pneumatic energy sources.
