29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Machine shop: On or about 04/02/2025, and at times prior thereto, a Grizzly Lathe (serial Number C213o20652) was not provided with a chuck guard. Employees were potentially exposed to rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Wood shop: On or about 04/02/2025, and at times prior thereto, a 10- inch Shop Fox (serial No.210E260) table saw was not provided with the blade guard that adjust to the thickness of the materials being cut and remain in contact with it. Employees were potentially exposed to amputation related injuries.
