OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees (a) Dockside: On or about March 8, 2025, employees conducting longshoring activities using crane #2 4351 to load product onto a boat were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the crane extended from the dock at a 0 degree angle while loaded beyond its designed weight and, when lifting the load to the boat, the crane fell off its pedestal falling into the boat.
