29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3): Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation and follow-up: On or about March 21, 2025, in the Freight Trailer Yard, employees performing first aid activities such as, but not limited to wound care, that resulted in exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials were not offered post-exposure medical evaluation and follow-up.
