29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:                                                                                                            Employee(s) are exposed to fall hazards. This most recently occurred at 1821 Frontage Rd., Scottsbluff, Nebraska on April 3, 2025.  Two employees were working from an aerial lift approximately 23 feet from the ground below.  Employees were not utilizing the required body belt/harness and a lanyard as required by this sub-part.
