29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) On or about September 2, 2025, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective actions, for Serious citation 1, items issued on June 25, 2025 with an abatement due date of July 29, 2025.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On the roof of an apartment building located at 5150 net Dr, Tampa, FL on or about 4/3/25, the employer exposed employees to 40-ft. fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized while performing roofing activities.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   (a)  On the roof of an apartment building located at 5150 net Dr, Tampa, FL on or about 4/3/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection training had not been completed for workers involved in roofing activities and exposed to a 40-ft fall hazard.
