29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) On April 3, 2025, at the Retest area located at 8804 Maislin Drive, Temple Terrace, Florida 33673, the LS Industries Shot Blaster utilized to remove rust and paint from metal cylinders with 330 Grit RM steel shots, had rubber guards that were damaged and or missing, exposing employees to struck-by hazard, created by the blasting material.

29 CFR 1910.242(b):Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:(a) a) On or about April 3 2025, at 8804 Maislin Drive, Temple Terrace, Florida 33637; compressed air lines used for cleaning parts and equipment were not reduced to less than 30 PSI, such as but not limited to the compressed air line in the revalving/stemming area , which had a pressure per square inch of 110 PSI.
