29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) On or about April 3, 2025, at worksite: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 ft in that there was an employee applying stucco from the third level of a tube and coupler scaffold with the top and mid rails removed and the right side of the scaffold was missing guard rails. b) On or about April 3, 2025, at worksite: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 ft 4 in in that there was an employee applying stucco from the second level of a tube and coupler scaffold with the sides of the scaffold not having guard rails.
