29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   a) Warehouse at 11 Southgate Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720 - On or about March 20, 2025, the employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for employees who may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as battery acid from forklifts, cleaning chemicals, or hydraulic fluids.  Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
