29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a) Truss Shop: On or about April 1, 2025 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards from an accumulated amount of saw dust around the Central Electric Chop Saws located on the Northern wall.  b) Truss Shop: On or about April 1, 2025 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards from an accumulated amount of saw dust around the Cleary Saw located near the southwestern wall.
