29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket, or were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: (a) Cadott High School, Cadott WI; On or about April 3, 2025, occupants of JLG brand, 660SJ and 460SJ aerial lifts did not keep their feet firmly positioned on the platform floor of their respective lift baskets while performing elevated work activities. Workers stood on the platform toe and mid-rails to perform grinding activities.
