Suite 176 Elmsford, NY 10523 Warehouse floor a) CSHO observed electric pallet jacks on site which are used by the workers to move material and product on the floor. The employer does not have a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training program to ensure the workers are effectively trained to use the PIT machinery safely. Workers exposed to struck by and/or crushing hazards.
