At a worksite located at 311 W. 22nd St., Kansas City, MO 64108: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. This was last demonstrated on or about March 27, 2025, when workers were working with electrical cords and cables that were powering handheld equipment that was in excess of the rated amperage of the Utilitech Adapter, and powered by multiple extensions cords. The employer failed to protect employees from electrical shock and fire by not ensuring that equipment was used in accordance with the listing, labeling, and certification of the equipment.
