29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about March 10, 2025, an employee fell less than 10 feet off a roof, while roofing on a residential construction site in Pesotum, Illinois. The employee was admitted to Carle Hospital, and the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.
