29 CFR  1910.101(b): Compressed gases. The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.  Plymouth Work Center behind the building: On April 8, 2025 and at times prior thereto, the storage of compressed gases in cylinders was not in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965. One acetylene cylinder stored on the ground was not properly supported (secured) to prevent it from being knocked over or protected from rusting. This condition potentially exposed employees who work in the area to fire and struck-by hazards.
