29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun. a) Residential construction located at 223 Corncrib Bend, Dacula, GA 30019: On or about 04/08/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic framing nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating this tool. The employee was exposed to struck-by hazards which included plastic collated fragments, wood debris, and 3-inch fasteners.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Residential construction located at 223 Corncrib Bend, Dacula, GA 30019: On or about 04/08/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not used while engaged framing activities. Escobar Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1729230 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order date on 03/01/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 235 Wilder Way, Lawrenceville, GA 30044.
