29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At a job site located at 583 South Shore Dr. Lake Winnebago, MO 64034: Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, chemicals associated with framing a new residential construction house. Employees engaged in framing work were using chemicals which have health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage. The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program.

Employees engaged in framing work were using the chemicals which have health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage. The employer did not train employees on any hazardous chemicals present at the job site.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. At a job site located at 583 South Shore Dr. Lake Winnebago, MO 64034: Employees were exposed to flying particle hazards when using a nail gun to perform framing work. The employees were not wearing any form of eye protection. Edgar Peralta Villeda was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589593, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 3034 NW Thoreau Lee's Summit, MO 64081
