29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 22458 E Plymouth Cir, Aurora, CO 80016: On or about April 8, 2025, and at times prior, Claims and Construction Management Group LLC as the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, which provided for effective frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. Subcontractor employees were performing roofing operations on 8 different houses in the Shadow Creek housing complex, without fall protection, eye protection and head protection. Ladders were used that did not extend 3 feet past the desired landing. b) 22455 E Plymouth Cir, Aurora, CO 80016: On or about April 8, 2025, and at times prior, Claims and Construction Management Group LLC as the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, which provided for effective frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. Subcontractor employees were performing roofing operations on 8 different houses in the Shadow Creek housing complex, without fall protection, eye protection and head protection.
