29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee (a) COP Carrolton: On March 25, 2025 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet in that the employer instructed employees to use trusses with a weight of 1,258.58 lbs and not properly braced as anchor points. A qualified person did not ensure that a safety factor of at least two was maintained while employees used the anchor point during the erection of trusses.
