The crane was overloaded during the hoisting operations causing the crane and truck it was mounted to tip completely over, thereby exposing employees to a struck-by, caught-between hazards at a residential home located at 6016 Westminster Drive, PARMA, OH 44129.

The employees did not know the weight of a tree trunk and limbs prior to hoisting operations, thereby causing the truck and crane to tip completely over and exposing the employees to a struck-by/caught-between hazards.
