29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. a) 2808 New Tampa Highway, On or about April 09, 2025; the employer exposed employees to trip and fall hazards while accessing and egressing the designated walking area over the conveyor Ward Line 143, in that the walking working surface is not continue as it contains rollers in between the solid metal pads and the solid metal pads were partially restricted from stacked corrugated material on it.
