29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) Excavation located at 3485 Bethany Road, Milton, GA 30004: On or about 04/09/2025, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards, in that head protection was not provided to an employee engaged in water line work inside a trench exposed to overhead hazards while working directly under the excavator bucket.
