29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: 1064 Sandcore Circle Lot 208, Panama City, FL; On or about April 8, 2025, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without first ensuring his crew was trained on the hazards associated with falls including but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet to the ground below.
