Roof of new construction on Lot 15: On or about April 8, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the material hoist was used with a nylon, climbing type rope and not the manufacturer's required cable rope.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a). Roof of new construction on Lot 15: On or about April 8, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while employees operated these tools for roofing activities. Lazaro Sarabia was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1607156, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lots #14-22 Olmstead Way, Alpharetta, GA 30009, Lots 14 and 15 roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a). Roof of new construction on Lot 15: On or about April 8, 2025, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 20-feet to the lower ground level, in that fall protection systems were not provided to employees installing shingles on the roof. Lazaro Sarabia was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1607156, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lots #14-22 Olmstead Way, Alpharetta, GA 30009, Lots 14 and 15 roof.
