29 CFR   1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  On 09 April 2025, (2) two employees were observed roofing an 4/12 pitch residential roof approximately 30 feet above ground level, at 1800 1st Capital Drive in Saint Charles, Missouri, without utilizing proper eyewear protection while operating pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On 09 April 2025, (4) four employees were observed roofing a 4/12 pitch residential roof approximately 30 feet above ground level, at 1800 1st Capital Drive in Saint Charles, Missouri, without conventional fall protection.
